Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the product.

From the moment you notify us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning – as you would in a physical store. The product must be returned in suitable packaging and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Tunturi New Fitness B.V. will refund all payments made by the customer, including any delivery costs charged for the returned product (if the entire order is returned). The refund will be processed without delay, no later than 14 days after we receive the notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to another method. No fees will be charged for the refund.

1. You report your return via your Fluid account or send the attached completed return form to [email protected].

2. You receive your return instructions within 1 working day Depending on the product, you bring the product to the nearest parcel point or the product is picked up at home.

3. We receive your return and check if it is in good condition.

4. We process your return and refund your money or exchange your order (this takes 2-5 working days).
